Address format

SEP-23 Strkeys, three kinds: G… for a classic account (35 decoded bytes), M… for a muxed account (43 bytes) and C… for a contract (35 bytes). The base32 has to be canonical, no padding and no stray trailing bits, the version byte has to match the letter, and the CRC16-XModem checksum at the end is verified. One character off fails.

A secret seed starts with S and isn't an address. It's rejected here, which is the right answer for something that should never have been pasted into an address field.

chain.type; // "stellar"
chain.caip2; // "stellar:pubnet"
